Rates
After applying and being accepted into the institute, each participant will receive a registration link. Registration includes full institute tuition, design materials, and expert team consultation throughout the program.
Team Registration (up to 5 members)
- $5,000 per team from AAC&U member institutions
- $6,200 per team from nonmember institutions

Additional Team Members Over Five:
Teams may add participants beyond the initial five for a separate registration fee:
- $1,000 per additional person from AAC&U member institutions
- $1,240 per additional person from nonmember institutions
Team Composition and Size
- The minimum team size is three participants, including at least one senior academic officer positioned to champion curricular and institutional change.
- Strong teams typically include faculty leaders and cross-campus partners from areas such as career services, student affairs, assessment, and faculty development.
- Administrative leaders drive institution-wide change, while networks of engaged chairs, faculty, and staff sustain and scale reform.
