Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 27, 2026.

Rates

After applying and being accepted into the institute, each participant will receive a registration link. Registration includes full institute tuition, design materials, and expert team consultation throughout the program.

Team Registration (up to 5 members)

  • $5,000 per team from AAC&U member institutions
  • $6,200 per team from nonmember institutions

Additional Team Members Over Five:

Teams may add participants beyond the initial five for a separate registration fee:

  • $1,000 per additional person from AAC&U member institutions
  • $1,240 per additional person from nonmember institutions

Team Composition and Size

  • The minimum team size is three participants, including at least one senior academic officer positioned to champion curricular and institutional change.
  • Strong teams typically include faculty leaders and cross-campus partners from areas such as career services, student affairs, assessment, and faculty development.
  • Administrative leaders drive institution-wide change, while networks of engaged chairs, faculty, and staff sustain and scale reform.
