Ready to strengthen applied learning and dialogue across your campus? Submit your team’s application to join national experts and peer institutions for this four-day, online institute.
Deadlines
To ensure the best chance of acceptance, submit your application by May 15 (priority deadline). Applications will be accepted through June 5; applications received after June 5 will be considered as space allows.
Rates
After applying and being accepted into the institute, each participant will receive a registration link. The institute rate covers tuition, materials, and consultation.
Team Registration (up to five participants):
- $5,000 per five-member team from AAC&U member institutions
- $6,200 per five-member team from nonmember institutions

Additional Team Members Over Five:
- $1,000 per additional team member from AAC&U member institutions
- $1,240 per additional team member from nonmember institutions
Team Composition and Size
The minimum team size is five, including at least one senior academic officer with responsibility relevant to the project. Teams are encouraged to include colleagues from faculty development, student affairs, career services, community engagement, and/or assessment to support implementation and sustainability.
