Peter Shea
Assistant Dean for AI Integration, Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts
Peter Shea is an experienced learning professional specializing in instructional design, college teaching, and professional development education. Peter is the Assistant Dean for Digital Innovation & AI Integration at Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts. Additionally, he served as a teaching assistant for an Adult Learning course at Harvard Extension School. In 2019, he began presenting on AI in education, and in 2020, he founded the LinkedIn group "AI in Education." He is the co-editor, along with Peggy Maki, of the book Transforming Digital Learning and Assessment: A Guide to Available and Emerging Practices and Building Institutional Consensus (Routledge, 2021).
