Michelle Kassorla, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at Georgia State University, Perimeter College. She has more than 30 years of experience teaching English and Composition, and has been actively teaching with AI in her Composition I and II courses since Fall 2023. She was the Keynote Speaker for the Teaching and Learning with AI Conference in Orlando in May 2025, and the principle author of “AI Literacy in Teaching and Learning: A Durable Framework for Higher Education” for EDUCAUSE. She regularly shares her insights on teaching with AI on LinkedIn and her Substack "The Academic Platypus" and on LinkedIn.
