Charlena Miller is a management professor teaching in both undergraduate and MBA programs, the Endowed Chair for Business and Economics, and a Yale Fellow developing innovative pedagogy to help students explore how to forge meaningful and purposeful lives in the era of artificial intelligence. Her interdisciplinary approach combines ethical AI strategy, transformational leadership, and innovative pedagogy to cultivate healthy teams and cultures where mission, technology, and human potential reinforce one another.

She is recognized for her leadership in AI integration, pedagogical innovation, students’ successful academic and professional outcomes, and leadership and organizational transformation. Grounded in human-centered design and whole-person education, Charlena leads the integration of AI and emerging technologies in ways that are mission- and values-aligned. She is experienced in guiding strategy from planning to execution, helping institutions achieve lasting results that strengthen their ability to adapt and thrive amid uncertainty.
